Directory
Since the 2004/2005 school year, the Kingsville Elementary School PTA has published a directory for use by the KES school community.The sole purpose of the directory is to provide contact information for communication between KES students/families, PTA and KES staff. The information included in the directory should not be shared with anyone outside of the Kingsville ES community and should only be used for the purpose for which it is intended.
Beginning at Back to School night through mid-September families are given the opportunity to complete the annual Directory Authorization form giving the PTA permission to publish their contact information. The information is used to create class lists and an alphabetical listing. Additional school, PTA and room parent information is also gathered and the directory is created.
The directory is published and distributed to the student body and school staff in October. One copy of the directory is provided to each family and is given to the "carrier".
This year's directory was copied and distributed with great success! Nearly 100% of the student body participated! The forms were available at Back to School night, published in the PTA Partners, and available on this website. Despite our efforts, a few errors were reported after the directory was finalized. Those corrections have since been made. We look forward to another successful year in 2011/2012!!
